London calling

Bret and I are excited to announce that Suveer Kothari will be joining Sierra as head of our new(ish) London office, which serves companies across the UK and Europe.

Suveer is the ultimate all-rounder, able to go deep on product, sales, business development, and ops. He and I worked closely together for more than fifteen years at Google, so I saw firsthand his ability to help companies serve their customers and grow. Suveer also exemplifies Sierra’s values, particularly craftsmanship and intensity.

In the last two months since opening our London office, we’ve seen huge interest from British and European companies excited to build better, more human customer experiences with AI.
