Sierra inducted into JPMorganChase Hall of Innovation

Sierra, the leading customer experience AI platform, today announced its induction into JPMorganChase’s Hall of Innovation. The award was presented to Bret Taylor, Co-founder and CEO of Sierra, at J.P. Morgan’s 18th annual Technology Innovation Symposium in Palo Alto on October 29.

Established in 2011, the Hall of Innovation recognizes privately held technology companies that have made a significant impact at JPMorganChase through their innovation, business value, and close collaboration with the firm’s teams.

“Agentic AI has the potential to create simpler, more intuitive experiences for customers, but realizing that potential requires getting trust, security and controls right from the start,” said Gill Haus, Chief Information Officer of Chase. “Sierra has been a strong collaborator as we explore how this technology can help shape the future of banking responsibly.”

“Weʼve always believed that the future of customer experiences will be agentic — a single digital front door that users donʼt have to learn because it learns them,” said Bret Taylor. “We’re honored by this recognition, grateful for JPMorganChaseʼs partnership, and excited about the quality of the experiences weʼre building together.”

With Sierra, companies build an agent once and can deploy it wherever their customers are: web, mobile, chat, email, voice and more. Agents built on Sierra don’t just answer questions. They can resolve problems and complete complex tasks, everything from originating a mortgage to settling an insurance claim and preventing a subscriber from canceling. Every conversation helps companies better understand and serve their customers, deepening their relationships and brand.
