Keshav Dhandhania

Keshav Dhandhania is a Research Engineer at Sierra, where he works on improving AI agents through evaluation frameworks, post-training, and actionable insights. Previously, he spent five years at Google on teams including Gemini @ Chrome, Gemini, and Google Assistant. Before that, he co-founded CommonLounge—later acquired by Brex—and earned his Master’s degree from MIT specializing in deep learning and NLP.
