Eric Eyken-Sluyters joins Sierra as President of Field Operations

Bret and I are excited to announce that Eric Eyken-Sluyters will be joining Sierra to lead our global Sales, Sales Engineering, and Partnerships teams.

Two years since launch, Sierra has become the leading platform for customer experience AI agents. We now work with 40% of the Fortune 50 and brands as diverse as ADT, Chime, Cigna, Next, Nordstrom, Nubank, Minted, Ramp, Rivian, Rocket Mortgage, SiriusXM, Singtel, Sutter Health, and Wayfair. With over three decades of experience building and scaling high growth enterprise software businesses, Eric will be invaluable in helping us extend that lead by serving more customers in more countries in more ways.
