Singapore, here we come

Bret and I are excited to announce that Sierra is opening an office in Singapore which will serve as a regional HQ for our fast-growing customer base in Southeast Asia.

This milestone reflects our business momentum — and it’s also a full-circle moment for us. We founded Sierra in the belief that AI, and the agents it enables, would transform enterprise software, creating opportunities for new entrants to better serve the great companies of the world.

So we started talking to different businesses about their biggest operational pain points. The ideas were all over the map: onboarding, HR, forecasts, marketing, and more. A conversation with Anthony Tan, CEO of Grab — the Singapore-based super app — late one evening proved pivotal in focusing our energy on customer support.
