Rosie Roca leads Agent Development at Sierra, collaborating with product managers, agent engineers, and technical program managers to build conversational AI agents in partnership with our customers. Previously, she held leadership roles at Hopin, Salesforce, and RelateIQ where she honed her expertise in driving customer success. Rosie’s long-standing passion for advising and supporting customers has been a cornerstone of her career. She lives in San Francisco with her family.
