Sierra Summit is Sierra’s first customer conference, bringing together developers, builders, and CX leaders for a full day of keynotes, product news, customer spotlights, hands-on workshops, and community connection.

Sierra Summit will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Shack15 in San Francisco’s Ferry Building.

Sierra Summit is designed for Sierra's builder community from technical developers and builders to CX and business leaders who want to learn, collaborate, and shape the future of AI-powered customer experiences.

The event is complimentary for invited attendees. Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of participants.

You’ll receive an email confirming your spot shortly after you register. Additional event details will follow closer to the event date.

Shack15 is located inside San Francisco’s Ferry Building. It’s easily accessible by BART (Embarcadero station), Muni, and ferry service. Rideshare and parking options are also available nearby.

The day will feature keynotes from Sierra leadership, customer stories, product announcements, hands-on workshops, and plenty of opportunities to connect with peers. The event concludes with an evening at the Ferry Building.

Select portions of the event will be recorded and shared after the Summit.

Doors open at 9:00 AM PT with programming beginning at 10:00 AM PT.

Bring your laptop if you’d like to participate in hands-on building workshops, along with any personal essentials. Wi-Fi will be provided.

Comfortable attire is encouraged for workshops and networking.

Yes—breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and an evening reception are included.
